If you know me, then you know how much I love to bake. But it’s been awhile since I’ve seriously baked a good cake since my oven in my LA apartment is broken, and I didn’t have great ovens in my NY apartments either. This month, in two weeks, I’m going to attempt to make my first cake in a long time!  Andrew’s birthday is coming up, and he wanted a pistachio cake. I actually haven’t made this recipe before, so I’m a little nervous. But, I’m excited to dive back into the world of baking, since it’s one of my favorite things to do! Anyone have a working oven I can use? (via Kitchen Trial and Error)
