Holly Wang: Isolation and Happenings

Friday August 27, 2010

One of my favorite places to eat in New York City (probably only second to Shake Shack) is Tea & Sympathy! I take as many of my visiting friends there as possible. It’s a small restaurant in the West Village, that serves up traditional British food. (All the lovely ladies that work there are British too!) I love their chicken & vegetable pot pie, and I also love their afternoon tea for two. Alex took me last Saturday on a nice date he planned, knowing that it’s one of my favorites. He got the quiche which was very delicious as well.

We also got a strawberry cupcake to go - which is my favorite dessert of theirs! It’s not like the other cupcakes you eat, the cake is more dense - which can be nice, and the frosting is delicious!

As shown by the photos, we definitely polished off the plates.
