my dad called me last night because he’s seen swine flu on the news and told me not to go outside in large public places without a face mask. that was what everyone did in china with sars (with good reason!) although, i’m not sure if swine flu is really that serious yet. although the governator schwarzenegger has declared it a state of emergency.

this morning and realized i look the skinniest i’ve looked in a long time. hello skinny boney arms! funny thing is, i’ve been eating a lot it’s just that i’ve passed on a lot of junk foods. especially since i’ve been trying to bring lunches and eat at home more often (although that doesn’t work so well when you have class or work every night…)

the job hunt: status report
i’m applying to a job in chicago. that is all i want to say about it at the moment. i feel silly not mentioning it because this blog was kind of made to be about graduation/documentation of me on a job search/hopefully moving out of california. and this is a key moment in my life! i just don’t want to jinx it… so wish me luck. i have my fingers crossed.

i have been kind of just skimming most of my emails, and i thought i had to be at my recording studio internship at 8:30 this morning when in fact, the revised schedule had put my call time at 12:45… which means i woke up early for no reason.
these days sleep is a precious thing because i’ve been so busy during the day time with almost no down time. so i wish i could’ve stayed...
